There’s a new reason to cheer at Truist Park — the Atlanta Braves are officially Foster Friendly® becoming the first Major League Baseball team to earn this designation.
This milestone is more than a title. It represents a meaningful commitment to foster, kinship, and adoptive families in partnership with Georgia Kids Belong by creating opportunities for connection, joy, and belonging.

In addition to joining the Foster Friendly App, they’ve built an incredible relationship with GKB hosting I Belong Project filming days, welcoming foster families to events, and much more. Spencer and Maggie Strider host Foster Family Fridays every Friday home game and meet families as often as they can!
