Windsor Mayor Announces Foster Friendly Initiative

Windsor Mayor Paul Rennemeyer signed a proclamation on September 11 to launch the town’s Foster Friendly initiative. In his announcement the mayor encouraged the entire community to come together  to support local kids in foster care.

Everyone can do something to dramatically change the experience and outcomes for kids in foster care when we work together.
