William 9905

If I were to be hanging out with my friends, we would probably be doing video games and riding bikes. My friends would probably say I’m funny.

If given a choice, William will always pick being outside rather than being cooped up indoors! He loves running around with his friends trying to find fun adventures to get into! William’s got a pretty fast bike that he loves riding, and he enjoys shooting hoops if the court’s not too crowded.

Although shy at first, you’ll know William feels comfortable with you when he starts cracking jokes. Humor is definitely one of his love languages! He thrives with lots of positive reinforcement and one-on-one attention. William has a lot of energy, so a family that likes to be out and about doing lots of things together would be ideal.

William would do best in a two-parent home with lots of consistency and routine. If there are other children in the home, it will be important that parents can still dedicate plenty of attention and support to William. Stability and predictability are key: when William feels as though his home life is stable and secure, he can focus on building positive relationships. He will need a slow transition into a forever home so that he can adjust to the changes. Interested families should be well-educated in trauma-informed parenting.  William wants and deserves to feel wanted and as though he belongs and is loved for who he is.sibling relationship. Interested families should understand the impact trauma can have on children.
