If you love “The Lion King,” you’ve got to meet Rocky! All the songs are his favorites, and he’s going to sing along to each one. And, he likes animals! Some of Rocky’s favorite animals are dogs and dinosaurs. If he had a dog, what would he name it? Fox!

He’s an indoor kid who likes to watch TV and play video games, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t busy. Always wanting to be helpful, Rocky does well with taking care of animals or helping around the house. Spiderman is Rocky’s favorite superhero because he helps others. One of Rocky’s wishes is to have superpowers so he can help people in trouble. The other wish? To have all the video games in the world to play with.

Rocky would do well in a single or two-parent family with a supportive community. He needs a family who will show him affection and love, as well as maintain a consistent routine. Rocky will need a family to teach him appropriate boundaries.

If there are other children in the home, it would be best if they are older than Rocky. He does well with older children, especially those who can help maintain that consistency and structure he needs. Rocky has an older sister who he identifies as an important person in his life; interested families should be willing to encourage that relationship. Rocky needs a family who understands how trauma can affect a child, and it is important for his family to ensure that his physical, social, and emotional needs are met.
