NOVEMBER IS ADOPTION MONTH
Every child deserves to feel known, loved, and supported by a family that will be there for a lifetime. Tennessee Kids Belong works to dramatically improve the experiences and outcomes of children and youth in foster care, and throughout November, we focus special attention on those who are still waiting for permanent, adoptive families. Through the I Belong Project®, young people have the opportunity to share their personalities, interests, dreams, and hopes for the future in their own voices. Throughout the month, we’ll share their videos and invite you to watch, share, and consider how you might play a part in helping them find belonging. Whether you feel called to explore adoption or simply share a child’s story with someone in your community, your response matters. It only takes one connection to change a child’s story.
