Valencia, born in 2012, is a loving Caucasian child who enjoys playing with dogs, swimming, listening to all kinds of music, and watching Disney movies.
At school, where she earns good grades and gets along well with the other kids, Valencia enjoys spending time on the computer and at lunch.
Valencia needs a loving adoptive family who will give her the attention, support, encouragement, structure, and nurturing environment she needs to continue to thrive. Her family will also need to support her desire to maintain her relationships with her foster parents.
