JaTavian “Andre” is a youth who enjoys playing video games, basketball, and Beyblades with friends. He can be energetic and likes to move from one activity to another frequently, unless it involves video gaming. He is more successful with hands-on projects and interactive activities. Andre enjoys learning new basketball skills and participating in basketball skills workshops, and has also participated in his elementary school track and field team.
Andre has been unable to describe what type of adoptive family that he would like to be placed with. He will need at least one caring parent that can set firm boundaries for him and help support him in the educational process/school. He loves one-on-one attention and responds better to male authority figures and caregivers. Andre needs the support and love from a family who will give him the structure and boundaries that he needs to be successful and reach his full potential.
