Jalayshia

Jalayshia, who prefers to be called Jay, is an energetic fourteen year-old girl who enjoys talking with people and her friends. She also has a great sense of humor! In her free time she enjoys listening to music and picking out cute clothes. She also enjoys baking. In school her favorite subjects are science and math. When she grows up she would like to be a doctor, lawyer, teacher, or a therapist. Jay is able to advocate well for herself and will tell you how she is feeling. Jay does not enjoy outdoor activities.

The ideal home for Jay would only have older children or no other children. Respect and some independence are very important to her, but she still craves the love and care that a forever family could provide. She would also like a family that could help her explore her Native American and African American cultures more. She has an interest in attending powwows and trying cultural foods in the future. A family dog would be an added bonus!
