Ya Tha, Aye Aye, & Te

A family for Ya Tha, Aye, and Te should be able to embrace their energy, support their interests and culture,

Ya Tha is a 16-year-old girl. A sophomore in high school she enjoys playing on the varsity soccer team. Her Karen cultural heritage is very important to her. She often competes in traditional Karen dance competitions and practices weekly with her friends at the local temple. Some other things she enjoys are listening to music and working out. Ya Tha likes to live a social life and can often be found hanging out with friends or working at her part-time job. She is motivated to do well in school and learn skills to be a successful adult.

Aye is a 13-year-old girl who describes herself as funny and easy to get along with. Aye is in the seventh grade and does what is expected of her. Aye often leads others by example by participating and asking appropriate questions when she does not understand something. Some of her favorite things are anime, arts and crafts, jewelry making, and turtles.

Te is an 11-year-old girl who describes herself as funny and kind. Te is in the 6th grade, enjoys school, and does well academically. She prefers to take her time on assignments, ensuring she understands the material. In her free time, Te enjoys after school activities such as attending day camps or playing games and sports with friends. Te enjoys going to church and has made many connections there. Te is often quiet and can be found reading or listening to music.

A family for Ya Tha, Aye, and Te should be able to embrace their energy, support their interests and culture, and parent them with safety and love. Ya Tha has important relationships with some family members that would need to be maintained. They would do well with or without other children in the home. All three girls would love to be adopted by the same family as they are close-knit.
