Ruby is a 4-year-old child in need of permanency with a loving family. Ruby will be in pre-school next year. Ruby loves to smile and enjoys making others laugh with her humor. Ruby loves to color, draw, and play with her toys. She also enjoys playing with other children outside and doing physical activities such as running and simple sports. She loves to play with animals and feeds the chickens at her current placement. Ruby loves food, especially pizza. An ideal family for Ruby would be loving, encourage imaginative play, and have a structured yet flexible environment.
ICWA applies to Ruby’s case, therefore at this time only families with at least one parent who is an enrolled member of a federally recognized Native American Tribe will be considered.
