Meet Mykala

Future social worker, foster mom and/or hairstylist Mykala, born in 2010, is a loving, energetic, well-behaved and helpful African American/Caucasian girl who looks forward to helping others when she grows up. She enjoys making slime, roller skating, listening to rap music, playing ‘Monopoly’ and basketball, and watching ‘SpongeBob SquarePants’, ‘Toy Story’ and football games. The Saints are her favorite team. Mykala also enjoys riding her scooter, playing outside, doing gymnastics and learning about math at school where she appreciates being recognized for a job well done.

Mykala needs a loving adoptive family who will give her the attention, support, encouragement, structure and nurturing environment she needs to continue to thrive and reach her goals. Her family will also need to support her desire to maintain her relationships with her siblings who have planned for separately.
