Outgoing, friendly, and funny: three great ways to describe Mistikal! She’s always looking out for the feelings of the people around her, and doesn’t want anyone to feel left out or unwelcome. Her goal is to make sure everyone’s comfortable and having a good time! Mistikal is one of those teens who’s up for anything; with a wide range of interests, from crafting to dance to sports, she’s always up for a new activity or cultivating a new hobby.
Even with all these interests, Mistikal does have a few favorites. Color? Definitely blue. Music genre? R&B. Subject in school? History – so many neat facts and things to learn! Ask her for her favorite thing about herself, and Mistikal will answer confidently: she likes how strong she is, and that she’s been able to adjust to a lot of tough situations in her life.
Mistikal would do well in a single- or two-parent household, and she’s up for having some more siblings. She’s especially up for having a dog (a German Shepherd, to be specific)! She knows that she’s got lots more growing up to do, and hopes for an understanding and patient family to help her stay focused on her goals. A family that offers structure while also affording Mistikal some independence would be ideal.
Like most teens, Mistikal wants to be accepted for who she is and allowed to have input into the decisions that impact her. Mistikal’s biological family – especially her younger sister – is very important to her; an adoptive family will need to be able to nurture and encourage that relationship.
