“Family means someone who loves you for being you and will be there for you not matter what”
Makayla, born in 2009, is a sweet and creative African American girl who loves socializing with her friends. She enjoys watching Women’s basketball and baking; her favorite show to watch is Amazing World of Gumball or Bob’s Burgers. Makayla has an interest in playing volleyball or running track.
At school, where she earns good grades and gets along well with her peers and teachers, Makayla enjoys learning math and social studies. She enjoys listening to music, which brings her good vibes and loving energy. Makayla would like to learn how to play the drums. She does have a goal of attending college in the future, unsure of what career path she would like to go into.
Makayla needs a loving adoptive family who will give her the attention, support, encouragement, structure, and nurturing environment she needs to continue to thrive and achieve her goals.
