Charlie is a fun and sweet ten-year-old girl. Charlie loves to do arts and crafts, makeup/dress up, and color. Charlie has a very outgoing and spunky personality! She loves to be everyone’s best friend and gets along well with others. Charlie enjoys spending her days at the local Boys & Girls Club and loves Taylor Swift! Charlie would do best with a family who is able to give her their full attention and is the only child.
